OLD TAGLIKID  the alternative place of Ursos People

 Taglikid is the name of the place where the Ursos people from SinandiganUbay Bohol and Tagaluahan Basiao Bohol had taken their refuge during the exodus of the Ursos families to Mindanao in the years  1955, 1956 , 1957 , 1960 respectively

 Indeed the life of the Ursos was changed in Taglikid.  In Tagaluhan Basiao Bohol... the lands were already owned by trhe Bol-anons.



      Itay Iyong  with a full name Ireneo Villareal Ursos was not a native of Bohol He came from Antique somewhere near Capiz and Boracay Beach 
      Thus when Itay Iyong came to Bohol he did not have a land for his own.... However during the storm when he came to Ubay the captain of the old boat hide the boat in Basiao Pitogo Island away from the storm. Itay Iyon stayed in Basiao and he found Tagaluahan for him to stay and bought a piece of land when he married Juana Dumaplin.

    The place of Taglikid along the foot of Mt Diwata of Agusan  Taglikid means "Hilly place"
ang mga tawo magligidligid... means the people will be stumbled down because of the hilly terrain of the place.

    But some Ursos people did not able to stay for long in Taglikid..some |Ursos Sente families came to Popoo Basiao Bohol not because of economic hardship but they cant dare the possible deaths due to Malariadiseases. . Taglikid during  the year1958 was still a virgin forest thus mosquitoes were prevalent in the forest hence so many  natives died in malaria when the Urso people came.Other Ursos did not go home to Bohol some of the such as Ursing Ursos Timaan whom for the meantime stayed in the restaurant business of Amando Ursos





The old name of Sta Ana was changed to a new name.. San Francisco Agusan del Sur with a municipal town located near rotunda and Taglikid Bayugan II was a barrio of San Francisco
        Amando Ursos became the first chief of Police of San Francisco during the term of Mayor Fuentes
So Ursing Ursos Timaan for the meantime was employed ina carenderia of Amando named  AMUR eatery

   After that Ursing Ursos Timaan went to Davao to  her sister Fe Ursos the wife of Maor Panfilo Amoren, the mayor of Asuncion  nearby town of Tagum
